Eligibility Requirements

Hold a valid state-appropriate driver’s license, Obtain and maintain Driver Qualification File, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work outside, Drive different motor vehicles over the road, Drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Participate in on-road processes on a regular basis, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles, Have reliable transportation, Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle, Gain DOT Regulation Qualification, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Flexible schedule/shift/work area, Work weekends, nights, and/or holidays

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required, Valid and active driver's license, Are 21 years of age or older, Authorized to work in the United States, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File

Nice to Have

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, virtual and classroom instruction, Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities

What You'll Do.

Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30

Conduct in-station classes

Partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)

Coordinate training related activities

Facilitate training related activities

Measure training related activities

Provide timely and accurate reporting on training completion

Provide reporting on compliance

Provide reporting on safety

Provide reporting on maintenance duties

Execute to the standard

Ensure content and experience complement safety procedures

Ensure content and experience complement quality procedures

Ensure content and experience complement legal procedures

Educate driver safety standards

Educate driver compliance standards

Audit driver safety standards

Audit driver compliance standards

Measure on-road quality

Identify re-training opportunities

Identify process improvement opportunities

Use approved equipment

Drive different motor vehicles over the road

Drive in accordance with DOT requirements

Stay connected to the operation

Participate in on-road processes

Be a resource to the delivery station for

Work as a peer trainer

Motivate Delivery Associates during Training

Coach Delivery Associates during Training

Provide feedback to Delivery Associates during Training

Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of

Track performance for non-CDL driver DOT regulated training

Provide identified retraining opportunities for non-CDL driver DOT

Provide identified process improvement opportunities for non-CDL driver

Effectively operate a GPS
