What You'll Achieve.

Interstate operating authority commerce regulations, Must be at least 21 years or older, Hold a valid state-appropriate driver’s license, Obtain and maintain Driver Qualification File, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work outside, Drive different motor vehicles over the road, Drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Participate in on-road processes on a regular basis, Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles, Have reliable transportation, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Associate may be required to gain DOT Regulation Qualification
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required, Valid and active driver's license, Are 21 years of age or older, Authorized to work in the United States, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, virtual and classroom instruction, Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
