What You'll Achieve.

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Can lift up to 49 pounds, Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, 21 years of age or older, Hold a valid state-appropriate driver’s license, Obtain and maintain their Driver Qualification File (DQF), Eligible to drive in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
Nice to Have
Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, Knowledge of on the job learning, Knowledge of knowledge management theories, Knowledge of virtual and classroom instruction, Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills

Coordinate training related activities
Facilitate training related activities
Measure training related activities
Understand processes for drivers
Understand expectations for drivers
Understand training requirements for drivers
Provide retraining opportunities
Provide process improvement opportunities
Develop non-CDL driver training
Develop DOT regulated training
Provide reporting on training completion
Provide reporting on compliance
Provide reporting on safety
Provide reporting on maintenance duties
Execute to the standard
Ensure content complements safety procedures
Ensure content complements quality procedures
Ensure content complements legal procedures
Educate driver safety standards
Educate driver compliance standards
Audit driver safety standards
Audit driver compliance standards
Track driver vehicle inspection reports
Track hours of service
Track safe road driving practices
Conduct on road ride behinds
Measure on-road quality
Measure adherence to standards
Identify re-training opportunities
Identify process improvement opportunities
Use approved equipment
Drive different motor vehicles
Drive in accordance with DOT requirements
Participate in on-road processes
Be a resource for driver training questions
Work different shifts
Travel to support other sites
Work as a peer trainer
Motivate Delivery Associates during Training
