Must be at least 21 years or older, Able to obtain and maintain Driver Qualification File (DQF), Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Drive, maneuver, and load/unload a truck, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work outside, Drive different motor vehicles over the road, Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles, Have reliable transportation, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, High school or equivalent, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required, Valid and active driver's license, Are 21 years of age or older, Authorized to work in the United States, Eligible to drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Must be able to obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) across various levels of an organization, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Capable of providing direction to team members using independent judgment, Organization and time management skills, Experience delivering training both to individuals and groups, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories: adult learning, on the job learning, knowledge management theories, virtual and classroom instruction, Organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and competing priorities

Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30
Conduct drive-alongs with Delivery Associates
Establish driver training culture
Set up training experience
Instruct training sessions
Educate Delivery Associates on safety
Adapt to different learning styles
Demonstrate what good looks like
Answer Delivery Associates’ questions
Find answers if unsure
Ensure Delivery Associates are set up for success
Deliver customer orders on time
Partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)
Coordinate training related activities
Facilitate training related activities
Measure training related activities
Understand processes for all drivers
Understand expectations for all drivers
Understand training requirements for all drivers
Provide reporting on training completion
Provide reporting on compliance
Provide reporting on safety
Provide reporting on maintenance duties
Execute to the standard
Ensure content complements safety procedures
Ensure content complements quality procedures
Ensure content complements legal procedures
Educate driver safety standards
Educate driver compliance standards
Audit driver safety standards
Audit driver compliance standards
Conduct on road ride behinds
Measure on-road quality
