At least 21 years or older, Able to obtain and maintain Driver Qualification File, Eligible to drive per DOT requirements, Up to 50% travel, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles, Reliable transportation, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work outside, Drive different motor vehicles over the road, Drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Participate in on-road processes on a regular basis, Work different shifts, Travel to support other sites, Work as a peer trainer on an as needed basis, Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of home station, Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Work weekends, nights, and/or holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent, Valid and active driver's license, 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, 21 years of age or older, Obtain and maintain a Driver Qualification File, Experience delivering training to individuals and groups, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, Work weekends, nights, and/or holidays, Drive in accordance with DOT requirements, Obtain DOT Regulation Qualification
Nice to Have
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, Prior Amazon experience, Demonstrates problem solving and analytical skills, Ability to communicate effectively, History of meeting/exceeding departmental goals, Experience leading teams, Providing direction to team members, Organization and time management skills, 2+ years of professional driving experience, Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years Amazon experience, Knowledge of instructional theories, Adult learning knowledge, On the job learning knowledge, Knowledge management theories, Virtual and classroom instruction knowledge, Organizational skills, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Deal with ambiguity and competing priorities
