Must Have
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments, Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, Experience working in fast paced environments, Managing workload during times of stress, Experience with Microsoft Office, Speak, write, and read fluently in English, Ability to take direction in English, Speak, write, and read fluently in Arabic, Advanced and adaptable interpersonal communication skills, IT proficiency with multiple web browsers, IT proficiency with data base searching, IT proficiency with instant messenger tools, Effective communication skills, Ability to build enduring professional relationships

Communicate with customers directly on the telephone
Empathize with the customer

Deep dive with the customer to remove barriers
Provide accurate information with delivery expectations
Provide exceptional attention to detail on every case
Proactively find solutions to problems with limited guidance
Establish collaborative working relationships with multiple workgroups

Highlight barriers to senior leadership
Form solutions with senior leadership
Work confidently at pace with multiple online platforms
Work confidently at pace with tech systems
Action parcels which have failed delivery
Reach out to the customer to update them
Resolve delivery issues
Work with the customer to find a solution
Work with DSPs to find a solution
Ensure parcel is delivered same day
Ensure parcel is delivered on the next attempt
