Communicate with customers directly on the telephone

Proactively find solutions with limited guidance

Communicate effectively with senior leadership

Work confidently at pace with online platforms
Work confidently at pace with tech systems
Action parcels which have failed delivery
Reach out to the customer to update them
Resolve delivery issues
Work with customer and DSPs to find a
Ensure parcel is delivered same day
Ensure parcel is delivered on next attempt
