Must Have

High School diploma or equivalent, Experience in Customer Service, Experience using Windows Operating Systems, Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Experience prioritizing and managing time, Familiarity with multiple web browsers, Familiarity with data base searching, Familiarity with instant messenger tools

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, Experience in an industry role, Experience understanding performance metrics, Experience developing performance metrics, Proficiency in verbal communication skills, Proficiency in written communication skills, Experience working on a merchandising brand ambassador team
