What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Knowledge of IaaS cloud computing transition challenges, Experience in IT consulting/management with IT Transformation, Experience in program or engagement management, Experience in enterprise architecture, Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects

Nice to Have

Experience with design of modern, scalable delivery models, Experience in project management, Experience in financial modeling, Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, Experience identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing opportunities, Experience working with C-level executives, Advanced technology degree, AWS Professional level certifications

Manage a team of ProServe Delivery Consultants

Support AWS largest customers through transformative projects

Serve as a strategic advisor to customers

Build and manage a team of Delivery Consultants

Architect and implement innovative solutions

Drive engagement delivery

Drive business development initiatives

Provide portfolio guidance

Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets

Understand and define business outcomes for customers

Build trust with customers

Identify applicable AWS Professional Services offerings

Create proposals and Statements of Work

Optimize team performance

Implement tailored people development plans

Align teams to customer needs

Translate technical concepts into business value

Deliver customer engagements

Support sales through scoping technical requirements

Deliver engagements on time
