Having recently announced our $45m series B, now couldn't be a better time to join! The Opportunity We're hiring a Delivery Operations Analyst to join our Delivery team. At its core, this is a data analyst role - you'll work across large, complex client datasets, drive balance reconciliations, and investigate missing data volumes during the implementation phase. You'll be directly in front of clients, communicating in external Slack channels and pushing investigations forward alongside our Enterprise Success Consultants. This role is for someone who digs into the details, finds the root cause, and knows how to turn a messy problem into a clear path forward. Strong data instincts, Excel fluency, and comfort with AI tools matter more here than any specific industry background. What You'll Do - Work directly with clients in external Slack channels during the data ingestion phase, driving investigations, reconciling balances, and resolving missing volume issues alongside the Enterprise Success Consultant. - Work across large, complex client datasets to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and produce outputs that actually move things forward - not just surface the problem. - Support Core and Broker delivery workflows as a specialist resource for data-related issues, maintaining deep context on the clients and datasets you're closest to. - Help the Advisory team with operational workflows including recurring reconciliation, data
