Must Have
5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, Experience delivering client-facing projects in consulting, CRM, or technology environments, ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, Experience coordinating across cross-functional teams, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, Exposure to data, integration, or digital transformation projects, Experience working with globally distributed teams, Familiarity with delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)

We are over 1000 people, based out of 15 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world. **Role Overview ** We are looking for a Project Manager to join our CRM Consulting practice, responsible for the successful delivery of complex, client-facing CRM engagements across some of the largest sports rights holders, primarily across North America. This role will own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and budgets are effectively managed across consulting and product teams, while bringing structure to complex initiatives and enabling high-quality outcomes at scale. Operating at the intersection of consulting, client management, and cross-functional coordination, you will play a critical role in shaping how our growing practice delivers—working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you will have the opportunity to influence delivery standards, support senior client relationships, and make a visible impact on both client outcomes and the continued growth of the team.
