Own end-to-end delivery of IT Application Support services
Ensure adherence to defined SLA
Provide regular service reporting and performance insights
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives
Lead Major Incident coordination
Ensure rapid service restoration
Facilitate structured escalation and communication
Drive Root Cause Analysis
Ensure closure of problems
Assess and mitigate business and technical risks
Participate in Change Advisory Board activities
