Must Have
Proven experience managing software development projects using Agile frameworks, Solid understanding of Waterfall-based delivery, Experience delivering data or AI-enabled programmes, Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling within the SDLC, Track record of leading and motivating high-performing software delivery teams, Experience working with or managing teams that include data engineers, data scientists, or AI and ML practitioners, Comfort operating in a consultancy environment

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to be involved in the full development lifecycle, delivering mission-critical projects for high-profile global organisations. You'll work in small, expert multidisciplinary teams, typically embedded with the client, navigating complex delivery challenges across software engineering, data, and AI programmes..
