As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Delivery Manager to join our team! ### Why this role matters right now: Each of our product groups has 3–5 dev teams shipping work in parallel. That means multiple boards, competing priorities, shared dependencies, and a constant stream of decisions about what’s ready, what’s stuck, and what’s next. Someone has to own that picture end to end — not the product decisions, not the technical design, but the operational reality of whether work is actually moving. That’s this role. You keep the machine running so everyone else can focus on their job. ### What you’ll own: You will be the delivery operations owner for your product group, responsible for ensuring that work flows efficiently from ready to done across 3–5 development teams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and your group’s engineering leadership to maintain healthy execution without inserting yourself into product or technical decisions.
