This role is responsible for ensuring successful execution, maintaining delivery quality, managing operational risks, and fostering strong collaboration between the client and the delivery team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive projects toward successful outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments. Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day delivery activities for the project, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and with high quality. * Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters with the client, stakeholders, and internal teams. * Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health. * Own the execution and governance of project SLAs and contractual commitments, ensuring delivery teams consistently meet agreed service levels and client expectations. * Drive alignment between client expectations, business objectives, and team execution plans. * Facilitate regular status meetings, delivery reviews, and planning sessions with stakeholders and project teams. * Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers. * Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensur
