We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with 10+ years of professional experience to oversee the day-to-day delivery operations of a key client project. This role is responsible for ensuring successful execution, maintaining delivery quality, managing operational risks, and fostering strong collaboration between the client and the delivery team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and drive projects toward successful outcomes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives in dynamic environments. Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day delivery activities for the project, ensuring commitments are delivered on time and with high quality. * Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery-related matters with the client, stakeholders, and internal teams. * Monitor project progress, timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health. * Own the execution and governance of project SLAs and contractual commitments, ensuring delivery teams consistently meet agreed service levels and client expectations. * Drive alignment between client expectations, business objectives, and team execution plans. * Facilitate regular status meetings, delivery reviews, and planning sessions with stakeholders and project teams. * Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers. * Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams to ensur
