We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of software development and service management initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage delivery activities, and ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery activities across multiple initiatives * Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support Scrum teams throughout the delivery lifecycle * Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables * Monitor delivery performance and proactively address impediments and risks * Support incident management and service management processes when required * Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and quality expectations * Prepare status reports, delivery updates, and stakeholder communications * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within delivery and operational processes * Support resource planning and coordination activities across teams **Requirements** * 3–6 years of experience in Delivery Management, Project Management, Scrum Master, or similar delivery-focused roles * Experience working within Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) environments * Good understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders * Familiarity with Service Management processes, including Incident Management and Problem Management * Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills * Ability to manage multiple activities and competing priorities effectively * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience using project management and collaboration
