Must Have
delivery leadership experience, managing complex, multi-team initiatives aligned to business strategy, Proven ability to lead planning, governance, and execution across large-scale delivery environments, Expertise in agile and lean practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and performance optimisation, stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across all organisational levels, Ability to use metrics and insights to guide decision-making and improve delivery outcomes, Experience coaching and developing leaders and teams, with a focus on collaboration, resilience, and innovation

Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple teams

Facilitate group-level delivery rhythms (e. g. Scrum of Scrums)

Coach and develop Delivery Leads and teams to build capability and foster a high-performance culture
