What You'll Do.
lead the SAP Payroll Remediation and Compliance workstream
ensuring payroll accuracy through the identification
and remediation of system
and process defects that impact payroll integrity
accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the payroll remediation program
and delivery of the SAP payroll remediation and compliance initiatives
Identify and analyse root causes of payroll inaccuracies and drive effective remediation strategies
Manage solution delivery across change impact assessments
and deployment activities
Ensure all activities are aligned with compliance requirements and business readiness standards
and reporting to governance forums and executive stakeholders
How You'll Work.
