What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in enterprise system delivery, in sales commission or incentive compensation platforms, Proven track record as a Delivery Lead / Implementation Lead / Solution Lead, understanding of sales compensation concepts (crediting, quotas, accelerators, SPIFFs, clawbacks), Experience bridging business and technical teams in complex delivery environments, Hands-on experience with at least one leading sales commission platform, data, integration, and systems thinking mindset, Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, Platform configuration and solution design, Data integration patterns (CRM, ERP, HR, Payroll), SQL / data analysis for reconciliation and validation, Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies, Risk, dependency, and release management, valid work rights for Australia, willing to undergo a comprehensive background checking process, including probity and police checks

What You'll Do.
Drive the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale sales incentive and commission solutions
Accountable for successful platform implementations across business and technology teams
Translate complex business requirements into scalable
compliant system solutions
Own outcomes from discovery through go-live and hypercare
Lead multi-stream programs across functional design
Translate complex sales compensation plans into scalable
system-ready functional and technical
Partner closely with Sales
and Revenue Operations to validate
Guide technical teams on data models
and performance optimisation
Provide platform and integration oversight across leading commission solutions
Manage data migration and reconciliation
Serve as the primary point of accountability for delivery success
Lead and mentor cross-functional and vendor teams
Facilitate governance forums
Ensure robust quality and testing practices
Drive change management
operational readiness
and continuous improvement across delivery methodologies and platform usage
