This role sits in a team focused on taking AI use cases from idea through design, delivery, and adoption, while working within the governance, risk, and control expectations needed for responsible AI in financial services. **What will you be doing?** * Leading the end-to-end delivery of GenAI applications across Aviva while leading a Scrum development team on a day-to-day basis * Working closely with the Product Owner and collaborating with engineers, data scientists, architects, risk, security, and business stakeholders to shape delivery plans, manage dependencies, remove blockers, and drive execution from discovery through to production and adoption * Helping establish a strong delivery rhythm across sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the team delivers at pace while meeting the governance, control, and assurance expectations required for GenAI use cases in a regulated environment. * Working with a team delivering impactful AI products, shaping practical ways of working, and helping Aviva scale AI safely and effectively. **What we’re looking for?** * Proven experience in delivery, project, or programme roles within technology, data, digital, or AI teams, with solid experience leading cross-functional delivery. * The ability to work at pace with resiliency whilst showing a willingness to try new ways of working and solutions to energise/motivate t
