What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 4 years of experience working as a Delivery Lead, Customer Success Lead, Project/Account Manager or a similar role., Experience in delivery roles within digital or technology environments, cross-functional collaboration with engineering and QA, Experience managing delivery pipelines and support workflows, organisational and problem-solving skills, Comfortable working in technical environments, Ability to foster a continuous improvement, high velocity mindset amongst the team., The confidence to make decisions without perfect information., High attention to detail and natural curiosity towards problem solving.
Nice to Have
Agency or consultancy experience will be valuable., A keen interest in sport or the sports business and real interest in the positive effects we have on our client’s businesses.

Team & Collaboration
Coordinate Client Leads, Product, Engineering, QA, commercial teams and third-party vendors; Coordinate Client Leads, Product, Engineering, QA, commercial teams, third-party vendors and client stakeholders; Work across clients and projects of varying scale; Work closely with teams across multiple time zones
