What They're Looking For.

Must Have

15+ years of IT experience, minimum of 5+ years in project delivery roles, Proven experience managing multiple projects across various industries, understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain Management, Proficiency with project delivery methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, Deep knowledge of project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource management, Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and effectively handle escalations, Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership, Experience supporting RFPs, proposals, and leading client workshops or demonstrations

Nice to Have

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management credentials, Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 is an advantage, Experience with Azure and Microsoft Power Platform

_This is a position at Qode's Client_ We are seeking a highly experienced **Delivery Head** to oversee the successful delivery of INFOR / Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM, BI, Data & AI projects based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing large-scale implementations across diverse industries and client portfolios. This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, fostering strong client relationships, supporting sales proposals, and resolving escalations to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction. The Delivery Head will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders from requirements gathering through full project deployment.
