Must Have
Valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from BC, Clean driver’s abstract, Experience in a customer service-related role, Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both days and evenings
Nice to Have
Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones

Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van
Provide exceptional customer-first service
Work with online shopping team
Resolve customer service recovery situations
Achieve operational standards
Operate the delivery vehicle safely
Maintain the delivery vehicle cleanliness
Perform other duties as assigned
