What You'll Do.
Provide delivery priorities to Production
Provide delivery timing to Service Center Coordinators
Schedule/coordinate drives to move new coaches
Coordinate delivery paperwork
Coordinate Krown undercoating
Ensure new coaches are clean and operational
Ensure warranties are activated
Conduct pre-shipment reviews/checks
Coordinate issue resolutions with Production and QA
Ensure delivery process is compliant
Provide driver training
Ensure Canadian coaches are fueled
Support QA with testing
Conduct customer coach orientations
Coordinate customer transportation
Conduct factory tours
Photograph customer coaches
Driveaway finished coaches
