Must Have
Must be 18+, Less than high school or equivalent experience, Six months or less of similar or related work experience, Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated write identifying request supplies orally or in writing, Solve arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals and percentages, Physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects, Clarity of vision at a distance of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet with our without correction, Color vision, Depth perception, Field of vision, Perform climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
What You'll Do.

Address customers by name whenever possible
Assist customers by escorting them to products
Secure products that are out of reach
Load or unload heavy items
Make note of and pass along customer suggestions
Perform other tasks to enhance the shopping experience
Answer the telephone promptly
helpful service to customers who call
Take customer orders at the delicatessen counter
Work with co-workers as a team
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure a pleasant work environment
Review orders for the day
Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures
Ensure the work area is always clean and
Review the status and appearance of the food
Ensure that an adequate food supply is ready
Develop or follow a production list
Anticipate product needs for the department
and replenish product as necessary
Run the department registers
Remove trash in a timely manner
Maintain strict adherence to department and company guidelines
Adhere to company policies and individual store guidelines
Report to work when scheduled and on time
Wash dishes as necessary
Order product and supplies as necessary
Deliver orders as needed
Price products for customers as necessary
Assist in other areas of store as needed
Perform other job related duties and special projects
