What You'll Do.

Learn customers’ names
Escort customers to products
Secure products out of reach
Load or unload heavy items
Note and pass along customer suggestions
Enhance the shopping experience
Answer telephone promptly
helpful service to callers
Take orders at the delicatessen counter
Work with co-workers as a team
Ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure a pleasant work environment
Review orders for the day
Understand and practice proper sanitation procedures
Ensure the work area is always clean and
Review the status and appearance of food for
Ensure adequate food supply is ready
Develop or follow a production list
Anticipate product needs for the department
and replenish product
Run department registers
Remove trash in a timely manner
Maintain strict adherence to department and company guidelines
Adhere to company policies and individual store guidelines
Report to work when scheduled and on time
Wash dishes as necessary
Order product and supplies
Deliver orders as needed
Price products for customers
Assist in other areas of store
Perform other job related duties and special projects
