Must be 18+, Medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force up to 20 pounds of force and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects., Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision., Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions., Exposure to dust, noise, equipment movement hazards, and electrical shock on a daily basis., Occasional exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning chemicals/solvents., Fast paced work environment., Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen.

What You'll Do.
Assisting Department Manager to present the freshest most innovative and best quality products at a competitive retail price to customers.
Ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous
and efficient customer service to customers and team members.
efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring
concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
Smiling and greeting customers in a friendly manner.
Making an effort to learn customers’ names and to address them by name whenever possible.
Assisting customers by escorting them to products
loading/unloading heavy items
and noting/passing along customer suggestions or requests.
Answering the telephone promptly and providing friendly
helpful service to customers who call including taking product orders.
Checking orders for the day and setting up a timeline and production schedule.
Reviewing the status and appearance of product for freshness and pulling by stale date.
Ensuring department standards are met.
Preparing product and determining placement in case.
Promoting and coordinating catering including working with other departments
Assigning duties to part time crew as needed.
Reviewing day of week for gross potential.
Reviewing future sales weeks and planning for events/production.
Adjusting pricing in store computer system.
Training new employees.
Handling and satisfying customer issues.
Understanding and practicing proper sanitation procedures and ensuring the work area is always clean and neat
and maintaining strict adherence to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress.
Adhering to company policies and individual store guidelines.
Reporting to work when scheduled and on time.
How You'll Work.

Working with other departments for catering; Instructing, assigning, reviewing and planning work of others; Maintaining standards, coordinating activities, and allocating personnel
