Addresses questions related to unique situations

Manages the operations of a client team through developing talent and delegating work

Communicates regularly with clients on all aspects of daily operations

Drives stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners

Uses data to influence standardization and process innovation

validates and manages eCAT with client

Manages defined contribution plans and understanding their effect on clients and participants

Collaborates with the Oversight & Excellence team to reduce total cost by lowering demand and improving efficiency

Improves delivery quality
