Must Have
3+ years in Defined Contribution, Knowledge of Defined Contribution recordkeeping systems, Effective communicator and use influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally with vendors, Proven analytical abilities and attention to detail when working with complex data, Solutions oriented and have ability to report data to stakeholders, Management and organizational skills with ability to adapt to change, Experience coaching and leveraging work through others
What You'll Do.
Oversees daily operational performance for assigned clients and operations teams
Serves as the main client contact
Supports the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering high-quality solutions
Interprets complex client requirements
Addresses questions related to unique situations
client escalations and requirements
Manages the operations of a client team through developing talent and delegating work
Communicates regularly with clients on all aspects of daily operations
Drives stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners
Uses data to influence standardization and process innovation
validates and manages eCAT with client
Manages defined contribution plans and understanding their effect on clients and participants
Collaborates with the Oversight & Excellence team to reduce total cost by lowering demand and improving efficiency
Improves delivery quality
