What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of experience in digital assets, DeFi, fintech, or a related field, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related area, Experience working with DeFi protocols, Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights, written and verbal communication skills, Comfort working independently
Nice to Have
Experience at crypto-native organizations or research firms, Programming or scripting skills (Python, SQL)

Identify and summarize security events
Track incentive programs
Analyze protocol tokenomics
Share ecosystem trend updates
Conduct competitive analysis
Support due diligence
