Nice to Have

Knowledge of financial, accounting, tax, legal and compliance and reporting rules relating to deferred compensation programmes, Knowledge of share plan administration systems, Knowledge of payroll administration around share plans, Knowledge of European / global banking regulations related to variable/deferred compensation

Lead ESPP implementation and rollout

Serve as ESPP subject matter expert

Ensure ESPP compliance

Develop ESPP operational procedures

Monitor ESPP contributions

Coordinate ESPP share purchases

Manage ESPP participant records

Resolve ESPP employee queries

Monitor ESPP participation trends

Assist deferred compensation activities

Provide regulatory reporting support

Support audit requests

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with project lead and stakeholders; Work with internal stakeholders (HR, Legal, Tax, Communications); Work with external vendors; Coordinate with share plan administrator; Interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds
