You will work directly within the Contracts Department, supporting the review, administration, and execution of agreements across aviation, defense, or commercial programs. **Responsibilities** * Support review and analysis of contracts, amendments, and commercial agreements * Track contract milestones, obligations, and deliverables * Prepare contract summaries, risk matrices, and internal briefing notes * Coordinate document management and filing across active contracts * Draft correspondence and internal stakeholder communication * Assist with compliance checks against contract terms and applicable regulations * Participate in stakeholders meetings **Qualifications** * Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate in Law, Business, Commerce, or related field * Able to handle confidential information with discretion * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook). * Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. * Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. * Prior exposure to contracts or legal documents is a plus, not a require
