**_Job Family_ :** Operational Effectiveness Consulting ** _Travel Required_ :** Up to 25% **_Clearance Required_ :** Ability to Obtain Secret ** _What You Will Do_ :** Guidehouse is currently seeking operations consulting professionals in support of Department of Defense (DoD) clients. These teammates will be responsible for supporting engagements with major DoD Programs to improve operations and efficiency outcomes across the program lifecycle, including Program Acquisition and Sustainment functions, cost/schedule/performance management, and identifying new client challenges to solve. Responsibilities of this role are as follows, to include but not limited to: * Support consulting projects for major DoD weapon systems, overseeing all phases of the program lifecycle, including acquisition, sustainment, and modernization activities. * Act as the primary liaison for government stakeholders, delivering clear guidance and regular status updates to ensure alignment and informed decisionmaking. * Support cross-functional teams to achieve program goals. * Identify, assess, and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness. * Support day-to-day project team activities to gain customer buy-in towards a common operating picture, solution architecture, and roadmap for execution. * Assist federal clients to optimize the operations of their finance organization, including supporting the audit readiness, accounting, logistics and property management. * Support audit remediation activities, such as developing/updating process documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and developing/implementing corrective action plans to address findings. ** _What You Will Need_ :** * Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. * Bachelor's Degree * ONE (1) or more years of experience with DoD organizations and/or Aerospace & Defense (A&D) industry or similar commercial domain ** _What Would Be Nice To Have_ :** * An ACTIVE and
