What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of Default Liquidation Claim Experience Required, GSE and Government Claim experience, ICE technology: MSP and LoanSphere Claims experience, Requires attention to detail, ability to adhere to strict guidelines and procedures, Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, Ability to work independently
Nice to Have
Knowledge of advance computer software programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook experience preferred, maintaining a positive attitude, providing exemplary internal and external customer service, carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices, Excellent oral communication skills, ability to effectively coach, motivate, and lead staff
What You'll Do.
Monitor and complete activities related to claim filing
Monitor claims timelines and workflow processes
Manage files in accordance with established work rules
Service mortgage accounts to ensure title and claim activities are processed
Monitor loans to ensure required milestone(s) are met
Complete claim and title activities by interacting and instructing various parties
Ensure acceptable quality assurance metrics are met
Provide recommendations to management on process improvement opportunities
Follow departmental and business policies
Prioritize allocated work
Monitor vendors performance
Follow up on outstanding requests
Monitor exception reporting
