What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Professional experience in insurance, healthcare, managed care, or a related industry, Familiarity with benefits, administration platforms and CRM systems, Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Highly self-motivated and proactive, Demonstrated problem-solving skills, communication skills with demonstrated ability to deliver clear messaging to employees and client audiences
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, Leadership skills, Proven track record of relationship-building with clients and cross-functional partners
