Work hours: 2 PM – 11 PM IST, Location: Eversana Pune office, Monday–Friday (on-site)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Experience working with low-code/no-code BRE or workflow automation platforms, Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, etc.), Familiarity with REST API integrations and external data sources, Basic understanding of IIS and Windows Server environments, Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow for task and incident tracking, Awareness of HIPAA/PHI data-handling practices, troubleshooting capabilities with an ability to follow logic through multi-step workflows, Ability to document technical findings clearly and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with the Decisions BRE platform, Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration tools, Exposure to Snowflake or other cloud data warehouse platforms, Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and multi-environment deployment workflows, Basic scripting knowledge (C#, JavaScript, Python) for custom logic or automation, Experience using Splunk for log analysis, Understanding of healthcare data workflows, including HL7/FHIR, Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, Familiarity with Postman or other API testing tools, Experience in compliance-driven environments (HIPAA, SOC 2, etc.)

Troubleshoot application and platform issues

Build and maintain secure integrations with external systems

Develop and optimize SQL queries

Implement data validation logic

and vendor regressions

Conduct log analysis and incident investigations

Contribute to Confluence documentation

and deliver enhancement tasks
