What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years of experience in an analytics, implementation, operations, decisioning, or similar role, Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or other quantitative or related field, Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Ability to translate business requirements into structured logic, documentation, or technical specifications, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
Nice to Have
Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer lending, Exposure to credit, pricing, or other decisioning workflows, Experience with testing, validation, quality assurance, or production support processes, Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, rules engines, or decision platforms is a plus, Interest in automation, process improvement, and reducing repetitive manual work
