Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, at least 5 years of experience in PCBA debug, validation, or failure analysis, mix of technical skills, hands-on experience, and soft skills to effectively diagnose and resolve PCBA issues
What You'll Do.
Understand conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
Prepares technical summary reports for use by electronic or software engineering
and management personnel.
Interfaces and confers with engineering and technical personnel to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions
data interpretation or coding issues.
Uses computer software and hardware to conduct tests on electronic products and systems or software for examination purpose.
Allocates defect causes to the various sources e. g. process
and prepares reports for follow other involved like quality
Interferes with floor support
test technicians and test operators on test hardware and/or software
as well as proper problem solving techniques.
Resolves test yield problems by performing investigation of root causes
developing and coordinating corrective action measures and monitoring improvements.
Evaluate and configure digital circuits using Field programable Gate Array (FPGA) and Ball Grid Array (BGA).
Resolves failures from Point of origin / point of detection.
Evaluates and interprets test data and product performance with proper evidence of design related Failure Analysis Report.
