What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 or more years’ experience in electronics manufacturing and test environment, Previous lead or supervisory experience in a production environment, Supervisory or lead experience within a production environment, Experience with assembly and test of sensitive and delicate electronic devices, Ability to follow assembly, test, and rework documentation, Ability to read and understand engineering documentation such as circuit schematics and to identify components based on their schematic representation, Proficiency in PCBA debug, and repair (soldering), Proficiency with RF electronics test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, power supplies, etc., Familiarity with ESD control processes and materials, Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
Nice to Have
IPC Solder Certification, In-depth knowledge of RF circuits, Ability to assist in creation, editing, and improvement of production assembly and test documentation, Ability to analyze production data to find trends or deviations in test equipment or product performance, General project management skills, Previous experience with manufacturing processes of radars
