What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial or valuation models, Knowledgeable on valuation principles including discounted cash flow valuation, Analytical skills and an ability to understand key business drivers, Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai, Excellent interpersonal skills, Work well in a team
Nice to Have
Experience in purchase price allocation, CFA candidates will be given first priority
What You'll Do.
Provide strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions
Navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals
Provide analysis and valuation services for mergers
and other financial transactions
Assess the worth and potential risks of various deals
Provide valuation advice to a wide range of clients across a diverse range of industries
Valuation of the target’s business and equity
Cost of capital advice
Pre-deal purchase price allocations
Post-deal purchase price allocations
Intangible asset valuation
Valuation for tax purposes
Support valuations team in all aspects of reporting
research and building financial models for M&A projects
Develop financial models and projections from raw data
Derive business or share valuations using various approaches and methodologies
Support PwC’s Transaction team in advising on equity and enterprise valuations
Assist in purchase price allocation and intangible asset valuation
Carry out market research activities
Report internally and externally in meetings and written reports
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with other PwC professionals, e. g. deals strategy, tax advisory and accounting advisory services; Work well in a team
Communication Scope
Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai; Report internally and externally in meetings and written reports
