What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-3 years experience in M&A or Divestitures, pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, post-deal transformation, understanding of operating models, products and services
Nice to Have
Experience in business or data migrations is a plus
What You'll Do.
Proactively assist in the management of several clients
while reporting to Managers and above
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Work directly with private equity investors & corporate C-suite
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Handle roles ranging from pre-deal due diligence
value creation lever assessment to post-deal taking control
Experience in carve-out and post-merger integration
finance and operations process improvement
financial and business due diligence and business plan review
help clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution
conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence
execute large scale enterprise wide integrations
support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology
Human Capital and other Backoffice functions
