Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or 3+ years of dealership accounting experience, High School graduate or equivalent required, 18 years or older

Nice to Have

Experience in team leadership and the auto industry

What You'll Do.

Maintain dealership financial records

ensure accurate month-end closings

review general ledger schedules

Monitor operational income statements

conduct fraud prevention reviews

ensure adherence to internal controls and LAD financial policies

Oversee accounts receivable collections

Review or prepare payroll and accounts payable for accuracy and timeliness

Conduct physical vehicle inventories

reconcile parts inventory

support fixed asset reporting

Resolve issues related to inbound and outbound vehicle documentation

Partner with dealership leadership (especially the GM)

manage a team of 2–10 staff

and performance management

Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs

and reporting requirements

Participate in budgeting (up to $8MM)

support stores with up to $200MM in revenue

contribute to M&A activities
