What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact
Guide customers from inquiry to sale
Work with customers in-store
Work with customers via phone/email/text
Facilitate showroom visits
Facilitate test drives
Finalize vehicle selection
Support order placement
Deliver white-glove experience
Set up app connectivity
Provide warranty information
Provide maintenance information
Proactively move customers through sales funnel
Respond to inbound leads
Provide action-oriented customer support
Act as CDJR product specialist
Remain up-to-date with OEM training
Remain up-to-date with product updates
Guide customers through sales
Guide customers through pickup process
Guide customers through STC drop-off
Build relationships with local businesses
Continue customer engagement post-sale
Check in at ownership milestones
Maintain regular communication

Ready to join the 'Hauler-Life'? Shift Requirement: This role requires an 8-hour shift between 9:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Saturday, with rotating days off per week. Unlock Your Earning Potential! We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe: Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00 hourly Starting Pay: $19.00/hr At 3 Months: $19.50/hr At 6 Months: $20.00/hr In your first year, you can progress from $19/hr to $21/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy a $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days. And that's not all!
