Avis Car Sales is searching for a **_Dealership Administrative Coordinator (DAC)_** to join our Retail Vehicle team. This position contributes to the success of this department by providing effective, accurate and timely administrative support to the retail sales team throughout North America. This associate will be responsible for performing multiple tasks designed to help achieve timely disposal of vehicle assets as they are offered for sale through Avis Car Sales. This associate will regularly conduct critical communications with other members of the Avis Car Sales team to ensure the accuracy of retail transactions, fundings, registration, and title transfers needed to successfully complete all vehicle retail sales. **What you’ll do:** * Coordinate sales completion, and title administrative tasks for a dedicated or multiple Avis Car Sales locations * Receive and audit deal jackets, organize, validate, and process paperwork and funding documents; ensure completion and accuracy (Verify ID, signatures, VIN, titles for trades, odometer reading, customer down payments, receipts, and more) of required documents as per a specific deal checklist * Process title and registration applications and ensure that all vehicle registration paperwork is properly and accurately processed and submitted. Coordinate with customers and tag agencies any issues that may arise in title/registration processing * Manage customers’ inquiries on all issues relating to titles and registration * Monitor the delivery of titles and plates to the dealership,
