Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Support dealer network performance by producing KPI reports, analyzing sales trends, and providing actionable insights to zone leadership. Act as a primary contact for dealer communications, ensuring alignment between retail partners and zone management objectives. Assist in the development and delivery of presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning materials for internal and external stakeholders. Monitor key business metrics related to vehicle allocation, dealership profitability, and customer satisfaction. Support the adoption of business tools and processes across dealer partners to improve operational efficiency and performance. Contribute to administrative and coordination tasks within the zone office to ensure smooth business operations. Participate in dealer visits and occasional travel to strengthen relationships and understand market conditions firsthand. Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business, Automotive, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Several years of experience in automotive, logistics, distribution, sales operations, or business analytics. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with the ability to build clear reports and presentations. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data in a clear and structured way. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into business recommendations. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment with multiple priorities. Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external business partners. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally within Canada.
