Our teams work collaboratively across operations, technology, risk, finance, marketing, and sales to deliver solutions that create measurable value and support the continued growth of APCO and the partners we serve. We are looking for a Dealer Performance Manager to support and grow a portfolio of dealership partners. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts using a consultative approach to strengthen relationships, optimize performance, and drive long-term retention and revenue growth.    ## What You'll Do Manage and grow relationships with existing dealership partners within your assigned territory Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growth Analyze dealership performance data to identify opportunities and recommend solutions Present APCO/GWC products and value proposition to align with dealer needs Negotiate renewals and contract terms to retain and expand business Build relationships with key decision-makers across dealership leadership teams Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and partner satisfaction Travel regularly within your region to meet with dealership partners ## What Makes You Successful You’ll be successful in this role if you are a relationship-driven sales professional who takes a strategic, consultative approach to account management.
