What You'll Do.
Build and maintain client relationships
Ensure client needs drive priorities
Act as client advocate internally
Protect monthly revenue
Identify customer interest in additional products
Expand/upsell product functionality
Collaborate with other Performance Managers
Manage progress and results of accounts
Build upgrade/harvest revenue opportunities
Retain clients through virtual engagements
Increase product utilization
Improve client's business processes
Develop working relationships with clients
Turn around and retain 'at risk' clients
Identify barriers preventing client objectives
Make recommendations to accomplish client goals
Demonstrate responsiveness to client contact
Influence clients on product usage
Monitor and analyze account performance
Adjust dealer expectations/goals/objectives
Monitor system 'red flags'
Take immediate action on issues
Improve existing processes & systems
Maintain product knowledge
Moderate complex issues
Conduct analysis for client ROI
Assist new or lower-level PMs
Train new performance managers
Process and interpret client issues
Maintain client relationships
Maintain internal metrics
Assist or own special projects
