Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Act as the primary point of contact for deal desk operations supporting regional and global sales teams, ensuring efficient deal processing and execution. Manage the end-to-end quotation process, coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to support timely and accurate deal closure. Support deal structuring, pricing validation, and RFP execution in alignment with business rules and commercial guidelines. Maintain proactive communication with vendors and partners for larger or strategic opportunities to ensure alignment and responsiveness. Utilize internal tools and systems (such as NetSuite and SharePoint) to manage deal workflows and documentation. Support reporting and data analysis activities, including financial or operational reporting for senior management. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing deal desk efficiency, accuracy, and service levels. Promote deal desk processes and best practices across internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent understanding and adoption. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, deal desk, or product-related commercial roles. Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing structures, and revenue recognition principles. Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams in a global environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of MS Office tools. Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or SAP is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Proactive, self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making ability. Experience in IT sales, channel ecosystems, or cybersecurity business environments is a strong advantage.
