What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related relevant areas, 3-5 years of related experience, preferably in Deal Desk, Finance and/or Sales Operations, Ability to work from our Amsterdam office 3 days per week, Ability to review, interpret and draft contractual business terms and conditions, Ability to learn and apply basic accounting and revenue recognition policy, Proficient verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train others and to communicate through all levels of the organization, Experience working in a fast-paced environment, Experience and understanding of the SaaS and Consumption business models, customer service orientation and a desire to help others succeed, Must have the ability to influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization, be comfortable advising senior sales management on key deals to support their business

Nice to Have

MBA or related relevant area, Previous experience with complex contract negotiations and long sales cycles, Knowledge of Data Warehousing / Analytics and competition, Deal Operations and/or Revenue Recognition experience is a plus

Partner with EMEA Sales

Advise on deal construct

Advise on negotiation process

Coordinate information flow

Ensure compliance with policies

Set policies and procedures

Drive implementation of policies

Develop internal relationships

Ensure compliance with controls

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work in close partnership with Sales; Act as coordinator between Sales and corporate functions; Develop relationships across the company; Coordinate flow of information across multiple groups (Sales, Professional Services, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Deal Operations); Create and develop internal relationships with groups across the company; Influence and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization; Advise senior sales management

Communication Scope

Proficient verbal and written communication skills; Ability to train others; Ability to communicate through all levels of the organization
