What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or revenue operations in a B2B SaaS or technology environment, understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, pricing strategies, and contract management, Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve complex deal issues

Nice to Have

fluent Spanish, Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and Salesforce is highly desirable, Previous experience in process automation using AI tools (Claude, Gemini)

What You'll Do.

Serve as the bridge between Sales

Streamline the quote-to-contract process

Ensure the commercial and technical integrity of our deals

Optimize our operational workflows

Act as a primary advisor on deal structuring and pricing

Manage the day-to-day operations of our CPQ (Configure

Serve as a key regional liaison for our LATAM markets

Support strategic partners and complex bids in the region

Provide guidance on pricing

and complex deal structures

Enforce and streamline the quote-to-contract approval process

Facilitate approvals for high-stakes deals

and quotes for accuracy

Ensure quotes meet minimum margin or MRR requirements

Assist the sales team in selecting correct product bundles and SKUs

Identify and flag custom requests

Verify that the Technical Scope matches the Commercial Quote

Confirm that the products or packages (SKUs) selected by the Account Executive are commercially accurate and technically consistent

Serve as the subject matter expert for Sales reps navigating the CPQ environment

Provide real-time troubleshooting for configuration errors

Ensure the CPQ tool reflects the latest price books and discounting rules

Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement automated workflows

Act as the primary Deal Desk point of contact for strategic LATAM-based partners
