Support EMEA and APAC sales teams throughout the

Review opportunities for completeness and data accuracy

Coordinate pricing and approval workflows

Assist with non-standard quote requests

Maintain responsiveness and service levels across regional teams

Ensure quotes and opportunities are accurately completed before

Validate quote configurations and order readiness

Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and downstream systems

Support quarter-end deal processing activities and escalations

Identify and resolve operational discrepancies impacting deal flow

Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to support

Maintain standard operating procedures

Track deal processing activity

Support SLA management

Flag recurring process issues or system gaps to

Support ongoing operational improvements within the deal desk
