What You'll Do.
Support EMEA and APAC sales teams throughout the
Create and manage quotes within Salesforce CPQ
Review opportunities for completeness and data accuracy
Coordinate pricing and approval workflows
Assist with non-standard quote requests
and opportunity-related issues
Maintain responsiveness and service levels across regional teams
Ensure quotes and opportunities are accurately completed before
Validate quote configurations and order readiness
Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and downstream systems
Support quarter-end deal processing activities and escalations
Identify and resolve operational discrepancies impacting deal flow
Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to support
Maintain standard operating procedures
Track deal processing activity
Support SLA management
Flag recurring process issues or system gaps to
Support ongoing operational improvements within the deal desk

About the Role WEKA is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support our EMEA and APAC sales teams. This role is focused on day-to-day deal support, quote processing, Salesforce CPQ operations, and approval coordination to help ensure timely and accurate deal execution. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to support quote-to-cash activities, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong responsiveness across global teams.
